Outside the books, the same inquiry becomes practical: how a person stays relevant, recognisable and meaningfully paid as technology makes execution abundant and the ground keeps shifting underneath them. Not a course to complete or a method to adopt—a way of staying coherent while the work, and the world around it, keep changing.

Strengths Quotient Institute is the institutional home where selected parts of this work become practice through facilitated experiences, programmes and community. It does not contain the whole body of work. It holds particular ways of meeting that work together.
Where the work becomes technology
Pippin Puffin Pte Ltd is the technology development company through which selected parts of this work become software, platforms and focused applications. It does not contain the whole body of work. It builds particular systems through which parts of it can become usable.
Tribefii is its flagship product. It is being developed as a person-centred continuance environment—a place designed to preserve continuity around a person while helping them carry direction into projects and outcomes using human and AI capability under their authority.

How the work fits together
The work has an architecture, but the architecture is not the first thing you need to meet.
Story, reflection, practice, technology and community grow from the same continuing inquiry. Douglas calls the evolving structure beneath them the Unified Architecture for Human Continuance in Rapidly Changing Environments—the Human Continuance Architecture for short.
The name matters less here than what the architecture helps preserve: coherence across different forms without turning them into the same thing.
The books do not lead to a compulsory programme. A programme does not contain the whole work. A platform does not contain the whole work either. The community is not a marketing layer. Each is a different way of meeting a question that may already be present in your life.
